Probably because you didn’t respond in this thread. I’m sure he will fix it shortly. I heard he had a date with Mickey (or was it Minnie???) this afternoon.
Eric, where will you need me?
just need to know if you need me in the trails or on the roads.
I’m at 6.2 with my smallest tires and 8.5 with the biggest.
pinto trail might be to tight for me.
can it be winched out to a wider spot?
I’ll head up a group if needed or take something on ourselves.
wire casings
boat
truck tires
pinto
anything is fine with me.
is the boat wood or metal?
Ernie
TBD. Once the head count firms up we can make a plan.
The car will need to be cut up and carried out. Most likely via ATV and a small trailer. I believe the engine and drivetrain is gone. Its basically just the body.
I got a call from Peter and it looks like we have 3 or 4 boats to pull out and cut up and there is another road with downed powerlines so we will need a good group this year. once we get a head count wee can form a plan. we can split up at the park and ride.
We are confused… the Big River cleanup is on the 26th? Ma Bell is…? This thread and the calendar are conflicting. I read somewhere in here about the date change, but I can’t find it now. Matt has to work this Saturday (the 19th).
well it looks like we will be splitting up into two groups. there is a tire dump that also has a truck frame that will need to be pulled out. Jeeps will need to travel in and haul this stuff out.
there is the boat and tires out near exit 7 that will need to be hauled out and cut up.
there are 3 boats near the farm that will need to be hauled out and cut up.
Peter said he will get others to cut up and haul out the the powerline coating. he just asked that if we had extra bolt cutters if we could mark them up and loan them out.
1.) Tire dump and truck frame
2.) Boat & tires near exit 7 (see pictures above)
3.) 3 boats near the farm
Cutting up boats is not easy. If it was I would have cut one up a long time ago. We should probably start an inventory of the equipment that will be on hand. I can bring my trailer, generator, sawzall with lots of blades, and acetylene torches.
