thanks! now i just have to get my ass in gear and swap everything out, feeling the pressure now.
here was my first indication something wasnt right after doing the ball joints. turned out the inner C had spread about a 1/4" or more. in the end its going to be an axle swap. i’m in the middle of it now. you can see the stress on the paint of the upper portion of the inner C.
Derick which ball joints did you go with, Crown or Moog? or something different
Moog or nothing. it will cost you around 300 but well worth it. advanced Auto on Rt. 117 gives a bit of a discount. just tell them you are with the Ocean State Jeepsters when they ask for your info. i ran mine for 2 years and they gave me a new set this last time for free as warrantied replacements
