We should run it past Greg and rich. IMO does not make sense to have band during the day. 8 PM start would probably be about right.

Awesome. No specific sign up. Help is always needed with serving, raffle table, and showing participants around the trails.

I spoke with “Jerry and the rhythm pigs” they are asking for $500 to come down and play. They will have extension cords and sound equipment for them selves. Did anyone speak to the land owner to see if it is ok for them to come?
Not worth it. The business case for entertainment is that it will drive attendance. At this point we are already sold out so that entire amount comes out of profit. I was thinking more like free dinner and whiskey.

Bumming me out that I will not make this one… but good news for last minute Larry’s. I’ve promised my 2 pig tickets to a member but they are on fence about camping. DM me on FB and let me know if you want the 2 camp tickets and/or be a backup for the pig tickets or just start a bidding war I can’t refuse and they are yours.
