I need to replace my tie rods soon. I have the rugged ridge HD steering kit. The reviews aren’t too good on it. The price for the tie rods totals almost $200. Any other options out there that would be better for my XJ? My budget is $300. Thx for your replies.
if you have factory knuckles go to bone yard and get zj v8 y links (beef). or if you have high steering with cross over find a wj v8, (beef) with crossover and they both will be cheap and bolt right in
Wj links are to long so that is bad info. I tried it today they ate to long
The WJ conversion is nice and works great it you need to swap knuckles and brakes, get or make spacers for the hub bearings/ calipers and then shorten up the tiros assemblies. I have that on my XJ OTK. Nice strong steering and out if the way(OTK).

Go to Pick and Pull in Cumberland with your list and do the wrenching yourself it is much less that way.
