Ok Gear heads, time to knock you noodle ! my '95 ZJ 4.0 needs a transmission , so off to the salvage yard I go… bought it and been sitting next to my shed for 12 months . So now I want to put it in soon the one still in the ZJ was on its last leg when I bought the salvage yard tranny last year . well the last leg is almost down to the bone now and got a couple of days to swap tranny’s .
( im doing this on my back ) ugg . thats not the issue < what is the issue is :
vin PK5211835421112137 = RE42 It will fit my Jeep ! right ?
I cant decipher what year it was made.
Is it a OB1 or a OB2 ?
will a OB2 work on my '95 with a OB1 system ?
