Looking for a place local to mount and balance my 35"s that i will have thursday and a shop that is capable to weld my D30 Inner C Gusset Kit.
I’ll talk to both of my room mates. One wwould be able to mount them at his work and the other just finished a 6 month certified welding class, and is looking for things to weld.
Count me among the skeptics when it comes to these c gusset kits. Whenever you weld dissimilar metal together it creates a discontinuity which attracts stress concentration and significantly degrades long-term durability (i.e. cracking)
From what i read on Jk Forum and Jk owners, people havent had issues. Its just a hold over till i can afford my pro rock 44

Are the JK front axles that week that they need gussets.
If you plan to put out the money for a prorock might as well be a 60.
