Suggestions for good ball joints / Plugs

Need suggestions for good ball joints for a TJ… Was checking out Alloy USA Heavy Duty Ball Joints on 4 Wheel Parts website… Any thoughts?

Also… What plugs to the 4L’s like?

I’m running synergy ball joints.

As for spark plugs, just normal run of the mill plugs work best. I stay away from platinum, iridium, etc. i’ve had nothing but problems with those in Jeep I6 engines.

Champion Copper basic spark plugs is all I run in the Jeep

I’m He been running the e3 plugs for about a year now with no issues. I should pull & look at them to see how there doing

Synergy is the best you can get short of the rebuildable ball joints from Dynatrac ($$$)

i just go with Moogs. with a lifetime warranty, you get a free replacement
