So when I finally get this ax15 swap done,(waiting on a bushing to be fabricated at Hawkins), I may have to shorten the DS due to the length of the trans. Is it a possible option to use a longer rear leaf like waggys to move the rear axle back a instead?
I currently have 2.5" spring lift.
Rear axle will likely hit gas tank doing so

Once the transmission install is complete measure for the driveshafts and have them shortened/lengthened as necessary.
Yeah,the diff is real cose to the tank as it is. Looks like I will shorten the shaft if I have to. Thanks!
