RI Lift Law

I’ve got a complete set of stock tires on wagon wheels that you guys can borrow. They are almost new. Let me know if you want to use them.

Thanks Paul .My inspection is due in February ill keep that in mind

I’m at the end of september… I’ll touch base with you soon about that.

i got a shop that will pass it 4 u

Good to know Jonny! But your in Ma. aren’t you?

I imagine most shops will pass the inspection unless your are riding something outrageous. Comparing to rigs I see driving down the road every day I don’t think anybody in OSJ should have much of a problem.

no im in ri

ya mines up in Feb to. my tires stick out a bit but i’ll try to make. i have my old stockers but they are in CT at my parents house. i suppose it wouldn’t take that much effort tot go get them. i’ll do it if i fail the first time.

X 2 i also have a set that if you need to borrow you can they are 215’s they are also almost brand new, they will bring you back down from 33’s about 3 inches in height  but they are mounted and balanced on 4 1/2 lug pattern

oops

sals one stop in Johnston & 3A’s in prov “should” overlook most things with the exceptions of trouble codes & emission fail

If a vehicle doesn’t pass inspection you CAN get TOWED!!! My father towed lots of rigs. Too tall. I have a friend who’s Jeep has been towed many times by the NP PD. Reason… tires out of the fenders.

For a quick tire coverage fix. You can stick plastic garden edging on the inside of the flares.

So, had work done at CPM… brought my Jeep by for a quick “once over”. We chatted for a bit, I told him about the mods, and he told me that if it cleared emissions it would be fine as is.

Yeah i think that if your tires stick out excessively or you are noticebly too tall on your lift then i can see getting towed also depends on what town, some just don’t care as much as others, so another words as long as you don’t tip over on 95 around Turbers avenue curve doing 65 you should be ok lol

i wonder how much trouble ill have, im not getting ri plates when i move (we don’t have yearly vehicle tax)… my jeeps registered to my moms house.
