Hello, my name is Ryan and I am an avid Jeep enthusiast. I am very glad to have found a local Jeep club as I currently do not know of any legal places to wheel in the Rhode Island area. I truly appreciate the mission statement on the website and hope to become a full member. I have a 2014 Wrangler Unlimited which I hope to build into an incredibly capable wheeling rig while still being my everyday driver (as my budget allows). Right now I drive all the way down to Rausch Creek when I want to go wheeling, so I hope to find some closer trails and friendly folks to go with.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I’m glad to see that this club has an active forum. I will submit my official application ether tonight or within the next few days. The bylaws seem fairly straight forward. I assume I need to wait for my application to be accepted before I can join events? I’ll be looking to get those volunteer days taken care of sooner than later once I’m at that point.
You can still attend pretty much all events. You basically can not vote on club business.

Ok, application submitted. Is there a calendar of events that is typically posted? The one on the website looks a little empty though maybe i’m not looking at the right thread on the forum. I know it’s the end of the year and spring is a long way off.

The calendar of events is posted in the “events” forum, which you can’t access at this point. But once the application and fees are submitted and accepted you’ll be able to.
We just did some consolidating as we had two websites, so things are slowly updating. As mentioned, you can attend events with the club.
