Jeep warranty

About a month ago I had the dealer do my 3rd oil change. Few days later I dive up Mt Washington on the way down my Jeep kicked a dtc code p06de. It’s says oil pressure switch stuck on high pressure mode or something. It ended up going off the next day no apparent problems. I cleared the codes. Today about 4 weeks later I’m driving down the highway the light just came on same code. Nothing is running hot or anything. Called dealer they can’t get me in till next week. The jk is 2017 17k miles. My question is the dealer going to give me a hard time because I used super chips to flash the new 4.56 gears and 35" tires. Ricky did the gears when it had less than 2k in it.

Legally they cannot unless they can prove that the aftermarket parts caused the problem. . . which in this case is stretch at best.
