Anyone know Jeep freindly inspection place. I was at dealer and he said they won’t put sticker on because of stubby bumper that the front tires are too exposed and are beyond the flairs.

I know I’m going to have fight ahead of me for inspections. Take a look at the Rhode Island general law as well as the official state inspections manual. My biggest problem will be tire coverage. My rear tires are completely outside the tub. I’m going to add flaps to the rear. The law clearly states fenders or flaps. Key word to me is OR.
