does anybody have any carrier bearing shims? i could use to replace a couple of ones i have bent. i have a spare carrier but no puller. worse case i get that apart and use those.
easiest way to get a bearing off the carrier with out a puller is to brake the cage off the bearings then cut the race on a angle most of the way thru, then use a cold chisel and hammer in the grove you cut to pop it.
