We need to break off a thread strictly dedicated to planning for this event. I can’t keep track of who is bringing what, and what we still need over several threads. Also we need a day down there to plan the logistics of the setup with the owner; site survey for the roast, camping; and any needed trail maintenance.
Such a thread already exists in the members lounge.
Tickets bought. Should be another Great event.

With 150 members if every member sells 1/2 a ticket then we have reached our goal. That’s it. Just 1/2 ticket per member.
