3" lift for a tj

I have a guy that says he has 3" lift springs for a tj. That never put on the jeep and then sold the jeep. My question is how do I find out what the stock springs measure at no weight. I have tryed searching the web but just coming up with under wight measurments. Thx

it depends on the coil spring rate which could equal different coil spring heights . find out what brand the springs are

Thanks for the info. The guy thinks its 9nth degree springs for a 3" lift I just picked them up could not pass the deal. I need to look for stock #. And I’ll go from there. Thanks again.
