Coolant in the Intake Manifold

So I’m working on my brothers jeep, his engine blew something through the oil pan and coolant came out when we went to drain the oil so we’re swapping the engine with a 6 cylinder from a cherokee. I’m in the process of swapping all the parts over, water pump, alternator mounts, intake and exhaust, etc. But the intake manifold got a good amount of coolant in it when the engine went. Whats the best way to clean out the manifold and get it dry?

Take it off, spray heavily w/ carb cleaner, then blast it out with compressed air.

Take all sensors off before doing this to avoid damaging them.
